Heartfelt Sympathy Bouquet

January 23, 2023. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a beautiful sympathy card with some of the new product in the shop. This card is simple and quick. Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…

Heart Bouquet 3D Embossing Folder
Scallop Pinpoint Loving Heart Cut Out
or you can use the Double Stitch loving Hearts
I used Peeled Paint and Forest Moss
Tim Holtz Retractable Craft Pick
I used the Heart Bouquet 3D Embossing Folder as the background and framed it with the Scallop Pinpoint Loving Heart Cut Out.
When using our 3D embossing folders, make sure you use our Mini Mister to spritz the card stock before you run it through the die cut machine.
The Scallop Pinpoint Loving Heart Cut Out fits the heart perfectly. I’ve also used the Double Stitch loving Hearts. Both of these nesting sets fit this embossed heart so you can use either one. For the flower and the leaves, I used the Layered Impatiens set. Make sure you grab an Alcohol Ink Palette to store all your extra flowers. For the center of the flower, I used our Bright Fairy Jewels.
Use the Alcohol Ink Palette to store your extra flowers. and remember to use the Crease Tool and the Tim Holtz Retractable Craft Pick to curl your flowers. Here are a few more cards using the Layered Impatiens flower die set.

Unfortunately, I’ve needed a few sympathy cards this week. I chose the With Heartfelt Sympathy sentiment. I just love this font and the simplicity of it. It just warms the card. I used the Forest Moss Distress Oxide Ink for the color of the sentiment. For the center of the heart, I used Peeled Paint and Forest Moss Distress Oxide Ink using our brand new Daubers.
I used the EZ Runner Grand Dispenser to adhere the embossed layer to the card base. I used the Deluxe Adhesive to attach the leaves and flower. I used Crafty White Foam Tape to adhere the heart layer to the embossed layer.
