Elegant Heart Background

January 24, 2023. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you two stunningly beautiful love card. This card can be used for Valentine’s Day, Anniversary, Thinking Of You and so much more. This extremely elegant set of dies is gorgeous! Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
This die is so amazing, it fits an A2 card as well as a MINI Slimline and a Standard Slimline!
This is a regular A2 card.
3D Foam Strips – White (we also have black)

For our first card I used the Super Sprigs again for that sweet soft look. I also used some of the “left overs” (you know the things that come out of the die that are supposed to be thrown away. Not me!) I used the little hearts on this one and saved the rest! Because they are different sized, I layered them here and added some of my translucent Rosewater Jewel Drops on it. I love the look of these Jewel Drops (that come in many colors) because it looks like rain! I cut the heart out and added the sentiment from Huggable. So many cute warm-fuzzy sentiments in that set!
The sentiment at the bottom is one of our individual sentiments Happy Valentine’s Day. It’s very elegant and love it on this card. Again I added some Rosewater Jewel Drops for that little bit of texture and dimension. Now when layering this frame I would use our 3D Foam Strips – White (we also have black). They are the perfect size for the edges and around the heart. Then to keep the pieces in the middle raised I added a few of our Micro White Foam Squares – White (we also carry black). And there you have it! FUN card that is extraordinarily elegant!
For this card I did use our Mini Slimline Card Bases that fit in our Mini Slimline Envelopes. This die set is so versatile, it fits an A2 card, Slimline and Mini Slimline. I LOVE it! Did you see that I used the scalloped background that comes with this set?! It’s so pretty.
I brought out the Love Die again (because I just love this die)! and layered it three time. I don’t know if you can see it or not but I also layered the Slim-Mini Heart Background three times! WOW!!!!! For the Love I added our Wink Of Stella to give it that beautiful pearl look. I added some of our Pearls for that elegant look also! Attention to details is a must!.
The Slim-Mini Heart Background has three dies but has even more pieces to it. As you cut it out, you will get a heart that gets cut from the middle of the frame and you get some smaller hearts that are different sizes and shapes. This set is brand new to our shop this week!
