Blooming Beautiful Prayerful Card
Hidy Ho Stampers,
January 20, 2023. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a beautiful sympathy card with some of the new product in the shop. This card is simple and quick. I used our brand new Bleed-Proof White Luma and I think you are going to love the look. Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
Remember, it doesn’t have to be hard, it doesn’t have to be complicated, just fun and thoughtful. All products can be found in our Teaspoon of Fun Shoppe.

Look at that BRAND NEW Blooming 3D Embossing Folder. I added a little color to it to make it stand out. Before putting the folder through your die cut machine, make sure you spritz it a little with our Mini Mister. This allows the card stock to mold to the the image on the folder.
The background on the right is gorgeous and I’ve used this embossing folder plain. But the one on the left I’ve added some of our new Bleed-Proof White Luma using our Finger Daubers. Here is how you do it….take one of our Palette Knives and pick up just a little of the White Luma. Add it to either the Flower Palette or Paw Palette. Add a little water from our Silicone Dispenser and stir it up good. It should be a thin mixture. Using one of the Finger Daubers, pick up some of the mixture (I usually rub a little off on a scrap piece of paper first so it’s not too wet) and rub gently over the embossed card stock. If you rub softly, it will only adhere to the raised part of the image. It’s easy and GORGEOUS!!!!! Look at the difference between the two above.
For this card I used the Luxe Peony layering flower. Before I put it together, I used the Bleed-Proof White Luma and Finger Daubers to just highlight some of the flower and I curled the ends with the Crease Tool and our Tim Holtz Retractable Craft Pick. I put the flower together with the Deluxe Adhesive and adhered it to the card base with Regular White Foam Squares. It came out stunning. I cut the Prayers sentiment three times and layered it to the card with our Deluxe Adhesive. The card is then put together with our EZ Runner Grand Tape Dispenser.
Here’s another card I did with the Luxe Peony layering flower. I used a different 3D embossing folder called Chrysanthemum Field. Our new folders are absolute gorgeous. To see the entire post for this card CLICK HERE.
