Patchwork Pathways Card Quilting
Such a beautiful quilted card that is so easy to put together.
I thought I’d start with some Fall colors.
There are two different patterns but the pieces can be used for any design using your imagination.
I like to cut all the pieces out ahead of time from the Patchwork Pathways Die Set then start assembling using the Precision Glue Press and Deluxe Adhesive. It also has a quilted background die that can be used as a base pattern but it’s not necessary. Your imagination will take you in all directions. It’s so much fun.
I glued the pieces to the quilted base. You will see that they overlap the A2 layer but not to worry. I’ll show you how to cut it down. Isn’t this absolutely gorgeous?!
This is the back view of the card.
After you glue the pieces to the 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card layer, make sure you run your Smooshy over the back of the layer to ensure that you have all the pieces evenly glued to the card. The Smooshy is new in the shop and it’s a big hit already! Get yours and you’ll see why it’s so popular!
Use either your 6.25″ Mini Guillotine Paper Trimmer or the Tim Holtz Precision Trimmer to trim down the edges of your quilt. You can find both of these trimmers in the Teaspoon Of Fun Shop.

Attach this quilted layer to the A2 Cream Card Base using EZ Grand Tape Dispenser. This card doesn’t use much more than you will find in this die set. It’s simple and quick. We also have A2 White Card Bases and A2 White Envelopes.
For this card I used the simple Thank You Die. I cut out an extra set of the quilt squares and used that as the base. Super simple. Super FUN!
Add your card to one of our A2 White or A2 Cream Envelopes and mail it off to your dear friend.
