Slimline Visiting the Seashore

July 5, 2021. It’s the day after the 4th of July and so many of us are headed to the beach! Teaspoon of Fun is carrying such an amazing line of “summer” stamps. Today I’m going to show you the “Grass Border” that can be used with so many of our summer collection. Let’s take a look at what I have picked for you today here…
For this sample I did 2 minutes of watercoloring. EASY PEASY!!!!
and make sure you add the Sandcastle
This card is so easy to put together. First take your 1″ wide brush and saturate it with water from your palette. Run it across the top 2/3’s of your watercolor paper. Then just start adding color by brushing it along your paper. I used my yellows and pinks for the sky and then added some blues and greens for the water. Let it dry. When it’s dry, use your 1″ brush and draw a line of blue or black or brown for the “land”. It’s that easy. When it’s dry, just stamp the amazing grass border. It’s sooooooo fast and so beautiful!
For this version, I used all stamps, no watercolor! I love the way it came out and how easy it was also!
DON’T FORGET!!!! You can always use your slimline dies and stamps with mini slimline and A2 cards also. It’s a win win!!
