How to Create a POCKET CARD with Deb Valder

Hidy Ho Stampers,

Okay I can’t move on until you see my two adorable Halloween treats!  Aren’t they the cutest things ever!!!!!!

Izzy and Jack

Izzy and Jack!  SOOOOOOO CUTE!

I miss them so much!

So today’s card was inspired from our 2015 Holiday Catalog.  We did this card at my Stamp Camp.

Sleigh-Ride-Edgelits-Stampin-up-jingle-all-the-way-bundle-christmas-holiday-home-for-holiday-stampladee-deb-valder-1

It’s a card and envelope all in one.  Can you see it?

Sleigh-Ride-Edgelits-Stampin-up-jingle-all-the-way-bundle-christmas-holiday-home-for-holiday-stampladee-deb-valder-2

here’s just the card

Sleigh-Ride-Edgelits-Stampin-up-jingle-all-the-way-bundle-christmas-holiday-home-for-holiday-stampladee-deb-valder-4

and here is just the envelope

Sleigh-Ride-Edgelits-Stampin-up-jingle-all-the-way-bundle-christmas-holiday-home-for-holiday-stampladee-deb-valder-3

and here is the inside – all pieces were used!

no waste!

So what did you think?  Wasn’t that amazing?!  I just love it.  Now this is a card that you can’t mail on its own obviously but it’s great for a package topper or to leave on someone’s desk.  You can add it to another envelope and mail it but I’m not sure that’s what you want to do (don’t you think it defeats the purpose?).

Here is the video.  If you are viewing this from your email, click on the picture and it will bring you to my blog where you can view the whole thing.  Remember to post it on your Pinterest board if you like and and share with your friends!  THANK YOU!!!!

and here are the ingredients.  Again if you are viewing this from your email, click on the picture or just hop on over to my blog at www.stampladee.com.

Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to stop by my blog.  Please remember to subscribe!!!  especially to my YouTube Videos – https://www.youtube.com/user/stampladee  and pin my creations to Pinterest!  It’s FUN to share.
Card Base – 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5 1/2″; inside layers are 3 3/4″ x 5″.

Oh Deb how beautiful! I have to make this as a gift card holder for my daughter and son-in-law. How do you suggest to fasten a card inside, with a glue dot or make a little pocket? I ordered this bundle but the edgelits dies are on back order. I hope I receive them soon. Also I was noticing the prices you show on this bundle and also the Versatile Christmas stamp set. That’s not the catalog price.
The pictures of Izzy and Jack are adorable. Congratulations!!
