These Eeks & Squeaks 2 Quick Card Fronts are absolutely adorable. We also have Eeks & Squeaks 1 Quick Card Fronts. As you know from other posts, our Quick Cards are very popular. Pick one of the 8 quick cards in the set and start embellishing. For this one I used the entire card and adhered it to my A2 Cream Card Bases or A2 White Card Bases using the Precision Glue Press and Deluxe Adhesive.

Using the EEK Word & Shadow Die Set (perfect sentiment for this card), cut one of the shadows from a yellow card stock (this set has a dotted shadow like I used and it also comes with a plain shadow). Cut the letters from our Black Diamond Sparkle Paper and center it over your image. Pop it up using the Black 3D Foam Strips.

Let the fun begin. We’re going to start making the tombstone using the Build a Graveyard Die Set…..eeeeeek this set is so much fun. There are so many pieces you can use and different shapes. Use them alone or use them and stack them as I did here. The embellishments (if we can call them that) are so much fun and so complete – bats, sculls, fences, cats and more. Before we put them together, cut out the ones you want and stamp your images from the Grave Epitaphs Stamp Set. This is a must-have set to complete your Build a Graveyard Die Set.

Here’s another example of a tombstone I did on another card. I used Black Thin Foam Squares, Black Regular Foam Squares and Black 3D Foam Strips. I have a lot of layers and lots of depth! Use the NEW – Mini Ink Blending Brushes and your Distress Oxide Ink Pads (colors I used are above) and blend some color into the tombstone. It gives it that old aged look. Take your Flower Palette or Paw Palette and add some Black Distress Oxide Re-Inker to one of the wells. Using the Palette Knife add some Bleed Proof White Luma to another one of the wells. Add some water from your Silicone Dispenser to another well. Water down the Bleed Proof White Luma just a little bit. Pick up some of that color on your #1 Watercolor Brush and splatter the tombstone. Now take this Soft Bristled Toothbrush and pick up some of the Black Distress Oxide Re-Inker on the toothbrush and spray the tombstone. Adhere this to the card base using the Precision Glue Press.
Add a few Autumn Fairy Jewels to make it glisten a little. SPOOOOOOKY!

Add your card to one of our A2 White or A2 Cream Envelopes and mail it off to your dear friend.
