October 15, 2026. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a really fun Quick Card using our new EEKs & Squeaks 2 Quick Card Fronts and I added one of the adorable witches from So Witchy. I showed you a sample from the EEKS & Squeaks 1 Quick Card Fronts, and one from the EEKs & Squeaks 2 Quick Card Fronts but for this card I added to the card front – I used the quick card for the background – CLEVER!.
These “Quick Cards” are amazing. You can make them in less than 10 minutes. They are fun, fast and so beautiful. We’ve got several different themes. You cut and embellish to make them your own! Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
EEKS & Squeaks 2 Quick Card Fronts
Copic Markers (colors listed below)
Distress Oxide Ink – Spiced Marmalade
05 White Gel Pen and 08 White Gel Pen
Wink of Stella (We also have a 3 pack and refills.)
Tim Holtz 6″ Haberdashery Scissors
A2 Cream Card Bases or A2 White Card Bases
A2 White Envelopes or A2 Cream Envelopes

- Let’s start cooking this delicious card using a piece of bright yellow card stock measureing 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″. Take the shadow part of the YIKES Word & Shadow Die Set and cut it out in the MIDDLE of the layer BEFORE you add it to the card base and set this aside. Now adhere the yellow layer to your A2 Cream Card Base or A2 White Card Base using the Precision Glue Press and Deluxe Adhesive and smooth it down with our Smooshy.
2. Take one of your Eeks & Squeaks 2 Quick Card Fronts and cut out the edge using the Extreme Postage Die Set
3. Adhere that to your card layer (right over the cutout YIKES) using the Precision Glue Press and Deluxe Adhesive.
4. Stamp one of the witches from the adorable So Witchy Stamp Set onto white card stock. Color her in with Copic Markers. For the hair I used the “dotting” method. Just take your colors and dot in the color with NO blending. Right?!?!?! Yes no blending.
Colors I used:
Skin – E11, E13, E50, E51, R11
Yikes, Dress, Shoes, Band – V04, V09, RV00
Shirt Sleeves, Tights – N3, YG13, 110
Eyes – N0, N3, N6, YG01, YG13, YG25
Cup – N0, N3, N6, YG01
Cat – R11, N0, N3, N6
Hair – E09, E13, E15
5. Fussy cut her out with the best scissors ever – Tim Holtz 6″ Haberdashery Scissors
6. Here is the fun part…POP her on OVER the little character using the Black THIN Foam Squares. GASP!!!! you covered up the little mouse?!!!! YESSSSSSS… it’s okay, these little quick cards can be used for other things. I used it for background paper. Working smarter not harder!
7. Let’s start working on the YIKES Word & Shadow Die Set. Cut out the “yikes” letters from white card stock. Color from top to bottom with the same colors you used for the witch making sure you blend them together. NOWWWWWWW let’s give it a little texture using the Copic Texture Kit. If you use Copic Markers, you NEEEEEEEED the Copic Texture Kit. After you color, BEFORE you add them to the yellow shadow, use one of your texture squares included in the kit to make whichever texture you want. It’s sooooooo cool. Make sure your dispenser (which is also included in the kit) is filled with with 99% rubbing alcohol. Take your texture square and soak a little piece of it. Now hold FOR 3 TO 5 SECONDS on part of your image then lift straight up and repeat over your image. It’s so amazing.
8. Add the letters to the shadow using Precision Glue Press and Deluxe Adhesive.
9. Pop that up using Black Crafty foam Tape and add to your card. It’s so stinken cute~!
10. Add a few Autumn Fairy Jewels if you’d like to make it glisten a little. SPOOOOOOKY!
Add your card to one of our A2 White or A2 Cream Envelopes and mail it off to your dear friend.
