The World’s a Better Place – Deb Valder

Hidy Ho Stampers,

April 2nd, 2020….how are you doing today? I start each day now by writing it down and checking to see if I’m right :0).  Anyone else having a hard time remembering the days?  It cracks me up!  Crazy Daze!  Yesterday I sent out three more cards.  Hopefully it’s putting a little happiness in their mailboxes!

My third child, my only daughter, is engaged to Dustin.  They will be married in October.  Let’s cross our fingers that it will all happen and this craziness is over by then.  She is our one child that is still leaving the house and going out to work every day.  We pray for her that she stays safe and healthy.  She is working with the Governor’s Office on the COVID-19 Task Force.  She’s an amazing person and she truly does make the world a better place!  (((hugs)))  So here is the card I made to send to Kate and Dustin!

You make the world a better place

Bunny Pile Stuffies   These are the cutest little buggers!

And one of my favorite backgrounds is the Tartan Plaid Background

You make the world a better place

The Spring Ovals Die is new to the shop and we are LOVING it!

I used Strawberry BonBon from the Sugar Rush Glitter Markers

and Crystal Glaze for their noses and flowers.

You make the world a better place

This saying is part of the Bunny Pile Stuffies set

and the oval cutout is part of the Spring Oval Die

This little stamp set can be used for many different occasions!  I’m using it because I just love my daughter to the moon and back and thought she needed something to keep her going.  It can be used for a “friends” card or Easter or new baby!  How about using it for a Father’s day card!  Who doesn’t LOVE to “Hop on Pop!”  :0)  It’s just a fun set and paired with accessories that just make it even more fun!

You make the world a better place

Katie and Dustin have the cutest little Corgi named Barney (who rules the roost in their house)!

You make the world a better place

Katie and Dustin, you are making a difference!  To everyone who is helping America get through this crazy time in history!  THANK YOU!  You make the world a better place.  To those of you that are still leaving your house to help the rest of us….THANK YOU!  THANK YOU!! THANK YOU !!!  These are definitely different times and we will all get through this!  Bless you!

We appreciate all of you for taking time out of your busy day to spend a little of it with us.  These are crazy times but like I said, we will get through this.  If you have any questions, please let us know!  In the meantime, take a few minutes and send someone you love a hand-stamped card with a little note in it.  I KNOW they will love it!

I didn’t know how to send an email the way it says to under your photo but wanted to say that your daughter, Katie, and you Deb look like carbon copies of each other!
