Love your white embossed card with the “You’ve Got This” set. I am one of those people that does not want to see the ribbon on the inside of the card. I also don’t like to see brad legs or any other embellishments extended to the inside of the card. Jus’ Sayin’ Jean ~

I definitely like the ribbon around the black cardstock and not around the whole card. To me it just looks cleaner. I recently started following you and I love your creations and your videos. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity and talent.

I Do not. Like the ribbon all around! I only like the ribbon on the right! Much preferred!

I only like ribbon around the layers, not around the whole card, just my opinion! 🙂

For this card, Deb, I like the ribbon all the way around the front of the card. To me, this breaks up the white and merges the white with the black and blue! Beautiful card…

    Love your video’s, thank you.
With the two cards in the latest video, ’embossing shade with colour’ I like the 2nd card, without the ribbon being visible on inside of card.
Thanks for the great video’s, keep up the good work please!
    Cheers Yvonne from Australia

I like the ribbon on the layer. I do not like to see the ribbon on the inside, to me it seems like an after thought.

Love the card, beautiful. I like the ribbon just around the blue & black, not around the white.

Love your videos…I learn soon much from you! Though right now I have fallen to a slump, your card is helping me to start climbing back to the light… Thank you! My personal preference for ribbon is to use it on the top piece, not wrapping around the whole card! I will definitely be casing your design and technique…thank you again!

Thank you so much for your inspirational ideas I find myself returning to your blog over and over and your instructions are so clear and easy to follow . My personal preference is for the ribbon to NOT go all the way around the card but just to use it on the top piece as you showed with the card you created I. The video .

I just love your videos. I don’t like my ribbon to show on the inside of my card.
    Thanks for your wonderful videos.

Deb, thanks so much for another great technique video. Beautiful cards. As far as show or not to show the ribbon: I prefer my ribbon not to show. I always learn so much from you. Thanks again. Annie

Many thanks to you for sharing and showing us so many wonderful techniques. My preference on the ribbon is to just have it going around the main image (not the image and card base). Thanks again.

  14. Debbie Kramer says

    September 11, 2015 at 8:40 pm

The ribbon is prettier JUST around the black card stock – not the full card base – just my 2 cents…

Love your card! I rarely put the ribbon around the whole card, I don’t really like to see the ribbon on the inside, rather I like to have it hidden.

Love this card and technique! Enjoy watching your videos; thanks for providing such good instructions in your videos and on your blog. I like the ribbon on the focal piece also.

I love the card! Thanks for sharing. I think I like the shorter ribbon best.

  19. Barbara Palczewski says

I usually just like the ribbon around the focal point! However, with this card, I think it looks better around the entire card. Gorgeous card and appreciate a demo on how to shade without having the blendabilities.

Thanks for sharing your talent. The videos are great. I like the ribbon to be hidden, not all around the card. They are both beautiful but my preference is just around the main image, not around the whole card.

I like ribbon hidden so just around the panel then adhere to card base.

I love watching all your videos! Both cards are beautiful, but I think I gravitate towards the ribbon around the focal point after you cut the tie shorter.

  24. Cathy Miller says

    September 12, 2015 at 10:17 am

Your videos have taught me some new techniques, I thank you for that. I prefer to use the ribbon between layers so that it’s anchored when I fuse the top card to the base. Makes for a smooth surface to wirte on inside the card if I have a lengthy note to write.

Thank you so much for your videos……I have learned so many neat & wonderful techniques from them. I generally do NOT like the ribbon around the entire card front…….I don’t like to see the ribbon on the inside of the card. Plus, I am kind of a “saver”…..don’t like to waste all that ribbon!! I will admit there are times when it looks better all the way around….but the majority of the time I do not wrap it around the entire card front. Thanks for all your inspiration.

Lovely card. I am not a fan of the ribbon being seen on the inside of the card so the 2nd card for me.

I’m not a fan of seeing ribbon on the inside of the card so I like the ribbon tied on the black front piece only. Deb, this was a wonderful technique. You are so right on how the coloring makes the flower pop! Thank you so much for all you do for us!

Just tried this technique. Mine doesn’t quite measure up, but it was fun and I am satisfied with the results. Thanks for a fun idea. Normally I prefer the ribbon around the focal point, but on this card I really like it around the entire card. Thanks for all of your inspiration.
