Tall Snowman is a Frosty Friend

August 9, 2022. It’s getting HOTTER here in New York, is that possible?! Whew! Time to stay in and craft some “cool” characters! Teaspoon of Fun’s card today is all about the Slimline Tall Snowman. He’s adorable and if you are a collector of snowmen, you really will want him. Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
Superfine White Embossing Powder
Tall Snowman is brand new in our Teaspoon of Fun Shop. I paired it with another new item from our shop called Looped Rectangles Die. Hold onto your knickers, I will be using this one a LOT! I just LOVE this new die. It’s a set of 4 nesting dies! In LOVE!!!! I broke out my Fluffy Stuff for the snow. You just put it where you want then use your Heat Tool to “fluff” it up. It’s so stinken cute and adds so much character to your card. I colored with our Copic Markers (we have a great price on Copics).
I love the holiday season and snow and all things snow! So besides Fluffy Stuff I also used Wink of Stella to make this creation shimmer (added to hat and hearts)! It’s so much fun to add depth and glitz – LOTS of glitz ha ha ha! Add a little Crystal Glaze to his nose.
For my sentiment I used Merry Up. This set is filled with frosty “cool” sayings! I used our WOW Ink Combo to ink up the stamp then added Superfine White Embossing Powder and hit it with the Heat Tool. To highlight the hearts and put dots on the scarf, I pulled out my White Gel Pen to give it that dimensional look. It’s now frosty white and shiny! ohhhhh la la! I adhered it all together with our EZ Grand Adhesive on our Slimline Card Bases. Slide this masterpiece into one of our Slimline Envelopes and send him off!.
