Simply Simple Watermelon Card
Hidy Ho Stampers,
May 15, 2021. If you love doing very fast cards (simply simple – less than 10 minutes) and need a cute summer/Memorial Day card, then today’s card share is for you. It’s all about the watermelon. We did this card last year as a kit and we decided to carry over the die. Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
Remember, it doesn’t have to be hard, it doesn’t have to be complicated, just fun and thoughtful. All products can be found in our Teaspoon of Fun Shoppe.
This is a MUST-HAVE tool especially for these watermelon seeds!
and don’t forget to make your envelope pretty. I love our Happy Mail Stamp. It’s one of our biggest seller!
The cuteness of this card is the progression of this card. Full slice and one bite out of a slice!
Then we have a completely eaten piece to a HAPPY FACE because my belly is full of sweet watermelon!
Here is another really sweet card made with this die!
Time to get out our summer stamps! YUM!

This little die is adorable and remember to pair it with our other ANT stamps!
We have a BRAND NEW item in our shoppe – it’s called the Stampendable. This is a fantastic tool that is a MUST HAVE. It evenly distributes the pressure on your image when pressing down on your positioner or directly on your stamps – just roll it over the stamp/positioner. If you have a group you get together and stamp with or have a team of stampers you are in charge of and need a gift to give, THIS is the item for you! It’s fantastic and affordable.
It’s an amazing tool!
Thank you so much for your time today. It means a lot to us. If we can ever help with any of your stamping needs, please reach out, we are here to help and teach, that’s what we love to do. We love that you let us come into your home and spend a little crafty time with you! It’s so much fun sharing what is such a passion. Happy Crafting today!
Remember to share it, pin it, buy it and let us know what you think.
(((Hugs)))

Deb, I just bought the “Melon Slice” die set after seeing your May 15 post but, being a newbie, I can’t figure out how to create the white (rind) part of the melon. I’ve tried using the single, half-circle piece but if I do the same for the green skin, I can’t get the pieces to line up well. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you!

Hi Rosemary and thank you for your order, we appreciate you! Let me see if I can help.
1. The dark green is cut out of the solid half moon piece.
2. The mint green or white is cut out of the half circle piece (the skinny one).
3. The pink is cut out of the solid half moon piece that has the stitching on it.
4. the bites are cut out using the cloud piece.
Let me know if you are still having trouble, we are always here to help.
