31 May

Hidy Ho Stampers,

It's been a pretty rough day here and hard to concentrate on anything.  Isabella was put back on oxygen last night.  She falls asleep and her oxygen levels go way down.  They are doing all kinds of tests on her and still trying to figure out what is wrong.  So please continue to pray for this little munchkin.

I was putting in orders as fast as I could today, everyone is taking advantage of the first day of the new catalog.  There is still time to get in on all the specials and festivities that I am offering.  I have all kinds of give-aways and raffles going on for orders that are put in today.  If you email me, you have until 9:00 eastern time to get your order in, if you put your order in online, all on-line orders will count up until 1:30 a.m. EASTERN time.  You can put your order in yourself in my online store www.stampladee.stampinup.net or you can email me at stampladee@aol.com and I will put them in for you.  You  will receive a raffle ticket for each $25 they spend.  With that order, you will get a punch on your Deb's Loyalty Dollars card and I will be picking names for all kinds of prizes (see picture below)!

If your order is over $100, you will receive all of the above and you will receive hostess benefits from our $1,000 workshop (I've filled one up already and am working on the second one so hurry and get that order in.  Remember you only have until 9:00 EASTERN time if you are having me put it in and up until 1:30 a.m. if you are putting it in on my website www.stampladee.stampinup.net .  I have nothing else to do but sit and watch the phone and hope they call with good news.

FREEEEEEEEE giveaways

Here are some of the give-aways

12 x 12 designer series paper, the Wildflower Meadow Bundle,

an entire set of the new style stamp pads and lots more!!

You have unti 9:00 EST to get your orders in.

YOUR FIRST PURCHASE NEEEEEEDS to be the Magnetic Platform for the Big Shot!

#130658 – this should be the very first thing on your order form!

My card for today has to do with the Simply Pressed Clay found on page 167 of the new catalog.

Simply Pressed Clay

Isn't this cute?!  There is a video below to show you how to make the clay flower

but in the meantime, let's look at the rest of the card.

babywipe technique

I started out with the sentiment that is made with the

Babywipe Technique.  Put a few drops of color

on a babywipe and use this as your stamp pad.

banners with heart punch

To make the banner, I cut a strip and at one end I used my heart punch

to cut the banner end (clever huh?)

simply pressed clay coloring

Now for the clay, after molding the clay, you will need to

color it if you didn't do it as in the video.  You can

color using a paintbrush and reinkers or you can

use our spritzers filled with water and ink refill.

Watch the vide to see how I "marbled" the clay.

simply pressed clay molds

Put the marbled clay in the mold.

simply pressed clay marble

pop them out immediately (so you can keep making them)!

simply pressed clay leaves

Next it's the leaves.

And here are your flowers, the one on the left was spritzed and

the one on the right was colored then molded.

Here's a closeup of the banner and the flower!

Thanks for all the great tips! I never thought to use Pam. That is better than the embossing buddy.

Thank you Cindee for your sweet comment.  The Pam works the best especially with the buttons.  It works when you bake muffins so why not when you build buttons!  :0)  Thank you again for stopping by my blog.
