Hidy Ho Stampers,

Today is Part 4 of my series of "Just what do I do with this Scallop Tag Topper Punch besides make tags?"  So here you have a "border" made with the Scallop Tag Punch.  Just call me genius :0)!

Stamp:  Happy Congratulations #133044 wood or #133047 clear mount

Card Stock:  Basic Gray, Smokey Slate and Blushing Bride

Ink:  Smokey Slate and Blushing Bride

Accessories:  #133323 Scallop Tag Topper Punch, Pearls and Ribbon

Card Dimensions:

Card Base:  5 1/5" x 8 1/2"

Blushing Bride is 2 7/8" x 4 7/8"

Whsiper White (outside) 2 5/8" s 4 5/8"

Whisper White (inside) 4" x 5 1/4"

    The more I see this tag topper the more I like it. I really like the pearls you added. Maybe 3 per section, but the 5 pearls are pretty. They add something even more special. Thanks for your continuing great ideas.
