Phew made it through last night’s storm but another one coming tonight! Whoops, just looked outside and it’s already starting! It’s a winter wonderland here in the NorthEast! So today’s card is all about GORGEOUS!!!!! What do you think? The white wintery weather was my inspiration.

Silver and White!
I wanted to show you a stamp set that is in the Big Catalog that you might not use for Christmas. It’s called “An Open Heart”. You might not think of this as a Holiday stamp because there are no stamps in there that refer to the holiday but I truly believe the twig looks holidayish. What do you think? Was I way off the mark? I don’t think I am. I love the way it came out. Here are a few more closeup’s.

CUTTING:
Card Base: 4 1/4″ x 11″ and scored at 5 1/2″
Silver Foil Strip: 1 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
Whisper White Strip for the Chevron Punch: 1 3/8″ x 5 1/2″

I think it looks very holiday-ish. It looks like a mistletoe. I didn’t watch the video yet, but wanted to comment on the photo along. Looks fantastic. I CANNOT WAIT to get the bow punch. I love bows. Keep warm and cozy! I’m so glad we only got rain.

Absolutely fabulous – how gorgeous is all of that silver against the white! Do not have this stamp set (or the other one) and am soooo tempted to order it, but think I will hold off….have so many other ones to use….love this! Stay safe and warm…..

I am so in love with this card, Deb….I bought the stamp set….and am ready make some cards, yes, this late…but better late than never!!! I don’t have the punch (yet!) but did find the Beautiful Season stamp set in my stash…will use the fab silver foil ppr and maybe even try a gold one….thank you for this inspiration – all of the inspiration that you share the whole year throuigh!!!!!!
