Little Things Mean So Much

May 18, 2021. Sometimes you just have to look at what blessings you have in your life. Today’s card share is all about appreciating the little things. Don’t you remember swinging on a swing as a child?! What a great memory. Friends would just smile when they received this card. Mine is going all the way to Australia! Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…

Puffy Clouds (I used as a Stencil)
Look how adorable she is but also LOOK at that REALISTIC grass! There are 4 different stamps in this set. They are called DUOS because one grass is for the foreground and the other is for the background! HOW COOL IS THAT!!! ORRRRRRR they can all be used separately like I did here. She’s so adorable and the grass makes it! “It’s the little things” that make me happy! In this case, it’s the grass ha ha ha!
I colored her with Copic Markers – All links to Copics are in the menu below.
Colors I used:
Branch, Boots and swing – E00, E13, E15, E29
Leaves – YG01, YG13, G28
Girl – E00, E13, BG10, BG13, BG18
This sentiment set (Joyful Moments Sentiments) has 16 stamps that are so pretty and can be used for so many occasions. The fonts are gorgeous. One can never have too many sentiments in their craft room!
I also used the Puffy Clouds to make the clouds. After cutting it out, I used the cutout as a stencil and used my Blending Brushes to brush some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide ink on it. Look how cute it came out.
Like I said, this one is going to a friend in Australia! Little things (like a card) mean so much!
