So today’s card is a technique called Emboss Resist and it lends itself to this stamp set called Seasonally Scattered.  What do you think?

Supplies:

Stamp Set:  Seasonally Scattered wood mount; Seasonally Scattered clear mount

Card Stock:  Mossy Meadow; Whisper White ; Crushed Curry

Ink:  Mossy Meadow; Crushed Curry; Rich Razzleberry; Pumpkin Pie; Versa Mark

Accessories:  Fun Fall Framelits; Big Shot; Heat Tool; Sponge Daubeers; Whisper White Embossing Powder; Baker’s Twine

Embossed Resist Technique directions:

1. Cut your Mossy Meadow card base at 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″.
2. Cut one piece of Whisper White at 2 3/8″ x 4 5/8″
3. Cut one piece of Whisper White at 2 1/8″ x 4 3/8″
4. On the 2 1/8″ x 4 3/8″ piece of card stock, stamp the “Thanks” image with Versamark ink.  Sprinkle Whisper White embossing powder  over this stampe image and heat with the heat gun.  Now using sponge daubers, take each color and BURNISH the color on.  OH so beautiful! Before you say you are done, make sure you take a soft cloth or kleenex and “clean off” the embossed image – just rub the cloth over the image to pick up the ink that is on there (we want it to be nice and white not colored!)
5. Adhere this piece to the other Whisper White card stock then pop that onto the Mossy Meadow card stock  with Diemensionals.
6. Cut out the leaves with the Fun Fall leaves; adhere those with Dimensionals
7. Add a tuft of Linen Thread
8. and you are DONE!!!!
