June Calendar Shows Off Oscar

June 1, 2023. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you our June 2023 calendar page. Have you been stamping your calendar pages along with me? I love my calendar. I also used Oscar for a Father’s Day card but this can be used for so many other occasions … Father’s Day, masculine birthday, retirement – it’s a great masculine card… Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
Distress Oxides – I used Squeezed Lemon and Blueprint Sketch
The colors I used ….
Skin – E00, E13, E21
Chair and Slipper Bottoms – E31, E33, E37, E79
Slippers and Pajamas – BG10, BG13, BG18, R21, R35
Newspaper and glasses – C1, C3, C5
Crystal Drops – I used Apple Green
Our 2023 Calendar template is a downloadable PDF file found in the Teaspoon of Fun Shop. For the month of June I used Oscar. He’s the cutest and is perfect for Father’s Day or a masculine birthday – how about a retirement card? I also used the Smile Word Die and colored it with our Distress Oxides (I used Squeezed Lemon and Blueprint Sketch) with our Blending Brushes. To dot the “i” I used our Crystal Drops (I used Apple Green).
I colored Oscar with our Copic Markers. He’s popped up with our Thin Black Foam Squares and attached to the 2 1/2″ x 4″ layer . The smile is adhered with our Deluxe Adhesive. This layer is adhered to the calendar with our EZ Grand Tape Dispenser.

Here’s a card I did with Oscar for Father’s Day…..
Hello Baby Boy 6 x 6 Designer Paper
I used Copic Markers to color this cute little guy! He was so easy and fast to color.
The colors I used ….
Skin – E00, E13, E21

Slippers and Pajamas – BG10, BG13, BG18, R21, R35
Newspaper and glasses – C1, C3, C5
Oscar was colored with Copics (listed above). Happy Father’s Day is a great single stamp that is new in the shop. The background Designer paper is from the Hello Baby Boy 6 x 6 Designer Paper. The designer frame cutouts came from the Mini Slim Pickens 1 Die. I really don’t like throwing things away. I cut out the frame for another card and used the leftover pieces for part of the background on this card. I love when I can use some left over pieces. WIN WIN!
