How to Use Fusion Blender from Fun Stampers Journey

Hidy Ho Stampers,

Birthday Sketch Stamp Set

The holidays are over, my grandbabies just left :0(

and I’m back in my stamp room. Today I’m going to show you how to use Fusion Blender from Fun Stampers Journey.  When I use this, it reminds me of the alcohol marker look but it’s not done with alcohol markers- I think it’s better.  You don’t have to buy a million markers to get that same blended look.  All you need is Fun Stampers Journey reinkers, Fusion Blender and a Blender Brush and you will get spectacular results (remember the ink is a special blend of craft ink and classic ink)!

this card is a wonderful card displaying Mixed Media (all the rage right now)

It uses the Journey Modeling Paste (click here to see how to use that)

and our Fusion Blender to color!

Look at the gorgeous colors!

so how did I color this?  Click here if you are viewing this from you email!  If you are on my blog, just sit back, relax and watch the video!

seeeee, I told you it was super easy!!!

Fun Stampers Journey saves you so much money.  Instead of purchasing a million markers, you already have the reinkers, so just get some Fusion Blender and a couple of our Blender Brushes and you are all set (note this does not work as well on smooth card stock).  You may want to purchase some of our Fun Stampers Journey Whip Cream card stock – works great!  My point in all this is that you don’t need a million different products to accomplish this project, you may already have a lot of them.  phew…got that out! Using this is bringing your coloring to a whole new level! and FSJ makes it so easy (and you get me teaching you :0)!

So here is the supply list and the dimensions of both cards…

I wish you would really brighten/lighten your cards and videos. thee always seems to be something making a shadow on them. I know they are bright to you but something is getting in your light and makes them all a light grey color. So on this one close to the end you move something and we can actually see how bright the cupcake it. Just my thought maybe no one else sees this but me.

Will the fusion blender solution work with regular dye based reinkers or does it have to be the hybrid ink?

I just watched the video and you answered my question. Thanks for posting such wonderful videos.

Hi Lilann, it does have to be the true fusion ink. It will not work with dye based. Let me know if you have any questions, I’m here to help. deb http://www.funstampersjourney.com/debvalder for all your shopping needs.
