Bringing Carefree Wishes

April 6, 2023. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a pretty spring daffodil. It’s one of our new dies in the Teaspoon of Fun Shop. Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
Remember, it doesn’t have to be hard, it doesn’t have to be complicated, just fun and thoughtful. All products can be found in our Teaspoon of Fun Shoppe.
Colors I used:
Flower – Y00, Y06, Y11, Y15, Y35, YR04
Leaves – YG13, G24, G28
The Mandala 3D Embossing Folder is one of the prettiest we’ve ever had in our shop. The detail in this folder is amazing. I used it as a backdrop for this spring card. It’s almost like a burst of sunshine.
The Daffodil Fancy Die is so pretty. It can be used with or without the stems and/or leaves. I used Copic Markers to color this daffodil but you could certainly use colored cardstock to make this more streamlined. You could also color it with other mediums. I just love that. I used Fairy Drops to make it look like there was dew on the flower petals. To adhere these to the flower I used Crystal Glaze.
For the sentiment on this card I used the Carefree Wishes set. It’s a beautiful set. I stamped it using our BRAND NEW STAMPWHEEL on our Nested Stitched Hexagon Dies. I added some embellishments using our Christmas Fairy Jewels.
