Beautiful Multi-Layer Lilacs

May 6, 2o23. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you another one of our multi-level stamp sets. Are your Lilacs are starting to bloom. They are gorgeous. I made quite a few of these using our BRAND NEW STAMPWHEEL and kept them generic. They make beautiful note cards. Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…

Simple Sentiment Strips (I switched out this set as Warm Fuzzies is Retired)

This is another one of our multi-layer stamp sets. Just look at all the details in both the flowers as well as the leaves. Lilacs come in a variety of colors but my favorite are the purple ones. For this card I used our hybrid ink. The colors that I used for the flowers are Violet, Ultramarine, Thistle, Navy. To purchase, just click on the link and in the dropdown menu, pick your colors. For the leaves I used Chartreuse, Turf, Pine.
I also stamped the #1 stamp (the solid one) on a piece of typing paper and cut it out. I used the EZ Grand Runner Tape Dispenser and the Repositionable Dots to adhere this each time I stamped the leaves. I needed to cover up the flowers so the leaves were nested behind.
For this card I had to switch out the sentiment because this one was retired. Simple Sentiment Strips and Simple Sentiment Strips Die Set (THIS die set coordinates with the simple sentiments strips) works PERFECT for this card. I used my Magic Anti-Static Brush Combo on the black cardstock so the embossing powder only stuck to the stamped sentiment. Then I stamped with our WOW Ink and sprinkled on the Super FINE Bright White Embossing Powder. You definitely want to use SUPER FINE embossing powder for sentiments and small details. Heat it with your Heat Tool.
I cut this out and layered it onto a layer of Vellum. I adhered this to the card using our Deluxe Adhesive. This is such a gorgeous card and so easy. Multi-layer stamps are so easy to use!
