July 4th, 2022. Today Teaspoon of Fun is so excited to reveal our latest BRAND NEW CARD KIT. It will “light up your day”! This card kit is SO unique and so beautiful. So what makes it unique? You have the ingredients to make 5 cards. One of those cards will LIGHT UP!!!! Our new card kit is called Beacon Of Light and is in the shop starting today. Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today….
Brilliantly Vibrant Watercolor Pencils

This set is so pretty. I did this card with only one stamp pad (Navy Hybrid Ink Pad) making it a monochromatic card. I love this technique because it’s so elegant and makes it a very easy fast card. To add a little color I used our Brilliantly Vibrant Watercolor Pencils and our #6 Watercolor Brush. In this set there is a white pencil. Just color some white pigment pencil on and use your brush to blend it in.
The Beacon of Light Card Kit has 7 nautical themed stamps, the cardstock to make 5 cards with envelopes, cord for a bow and one light mechanism in it. This is just one of the sentiments in the set.
This is what the card looks like when the light is lit. It’s sooooo cool!

I put the mechanism to activate the light under the bird. If you push the bird, the light will turn on.
