Sending Valentine Love with Deb Valder

I'm just working on some speedy cards to send out for Valentine's Day!  Have you started yours yet?  It's not to late!  Try this one.  WOWzer!  Powerful but simple.

 

Don't you just love it!  And wouldn't this be fun to send to ALL your Valentines?  Sure does beat those store-bought cards!

Supplies:

Stamp Set:  Trust God  #126700 wood mount or #126702 clear mount

Cardstock:  Whisper White and #117154 Regals Designer Series Paper Stacks (I used the Cherry Cobbler)

Ink:  Basic Black Marker

Accessories: 

#130159 NEW Hearts a Flutter Framelits Die  (the heart from the framelit was the PERFECT size)!

#117335 Perfect Polka Dots Folder

#119246 Rhinestone Basic Jewel

#120992 Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding

 

My base card is cut 4 1/4" x 11" and scored at 5 1/2".  The next layer is 4 x 5 1/4".  The Regal Designer Series Paper measurement is 2 1/4" x 2 1/4". 

 

Place and adhere the Cherry Cobbler Designer Series Paper.  Next, stamp the "Love" image from the Trust God set just below that in the lower right corner.

 

The next layer of Whisper White is 2" x 2". 

Use the heart from the "Hearts a Flutter" framelits for the cutout. 

Run this piece through the Polka Dot Embossing folder.

Wrap your ribbon around the open heart and make a FORK BOW. 

Pop that onto the Cherry Cobbler Designer Series Paper.
