September 23, 2025. Today Teaspoon of Fun is so HAPPY to be bringing you another one of the “peekers” in our shop. You know the peekers are a favorite of ours and we continue to bring you more. This little (or should I say large) cutie is soooooooo adorable.

Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
Happy Hippos Stamp and Die Combo
Birthday Wishes Word and Shadow Die
Tufted Elegance Embossing Folder
White Gel Pen .05 and White Gel Pen .08
Cut a piece of white card stock 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ and run it through your die cutting machine using the Tufted Elegance Embossing Folder. Adhere that to your card base using the EZ Grand Tape Dispenser.
Cut out the Fantasy Frame Die Set from a piece of pink card stock and add it to your card base using White Crafty Foam Tape and White Foam Strips.
Cut out from white card stock both the word and shadow from the Happy Word and Shadow Die and cut the Birthday word and shadow from the Birthday Wishes Word and Shadow Die. Color the “shadow” with the C5 and R83 Copic Markers. Now let’s use the Copic Texture Kit make those cool little marks on the layer. Now add the word “happy” to the shadow. Adhere the happy word to the top of the card using White Crafty Foam Tape.
Repeat the word Birthday from the Birthday Wishes Word and Shadow Die set the same way you did the happy word. Adhere this one to the bottom of the card using White Foam Strips and keeping it to the bottom of the word so we can add the pail.
Cut out the pieces to your Garden Pail Bouquet Craft Die from white card stock and color with your Copic Markers. I did cut the handle out of Kraft Woodgrain Cardstock and added a little Copic color to it. Do not attach the pail to the card yet. Let’s get the cute hippo done first.
Now it’s time for our adorable Happy Hippo. She’s so much fun to color and bring to life. Stamp and cut her out using the Happy Hippos Stamp and Die Combo, Black Hybrid Ink and the Stampwheel. I colored her using Copic Markers. Use the Copic Texture Kit on her little snoot to give it that texture look. I used the White Gel Pen .05 and White Gel Pen .08 in her eyes to make them pop! She’s got that cute glassy look. Adhere her to the card base using White Thin Foam Squares. Add the pail over the hippo and slide it under the “birthday” word using Regular White Foam Squares.
Isn’t she so stinken cute?!?!?!
Add your card to one of our A2 White or A2 Cream Envelopes and mail it off to your dear friend.
For this version I used a few different dies, put her in a cup and colored her purple. I used the entire Birthday Wishes Word and Shadow Die instead of mixing and matching with Happy Word and Shadow Die . I also added one of the sentiments that comes with the Happy Hippos Stamp and Die Combo.
