Spooky Haunted Trick Or Treat
Hidey Ho Stampers,
October 16, 2024. Vicki and I are sooooooo excited to be adding new product (and new companies) to our Teaspoon of Fun Shop! Check it daily to see what we have for you! Did you notice what was new today? And make sure you have subscribed to this blog so you get our weekly newsletter “What’s New Wednesday”!
Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a fun card for the upcoming Halloween season. I just love Halloween! Not the blood, guts and gore but I love the cute stuff and of course the candy! :0)
Head on over to Teaspoon of Fun for all your paper crafting needs
and share this site with your friends!
Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
This cute little die is complete for Halloween. We only have a few left so get yours while they are still in stock. The nice thing about it is that you can also cut it apart and use the little pieces on other cards for embellishments. I love the size of it!
Happy Halloween and Bat Die (For the Bat)
This die for the bat is different than the one in the picture.
I used Fossilized Amber, Carved Pumpkin and Wilted Violet
I burnished the background with my Blending Brushes and Distress Oxide Ink Pads and then cleaned my brushes with my Silicone Brush Cleaner. I used (Fossilized Amber, Carved Pumpkin and Wilted Violet) which are fantastic Halloween colors!
I cut three and layered them for that dimension that I just love on my cards.
To get the spooky moon I cut a circle out of scrap paper using one of my Scallop Pinpoint Rings (I used the inside piece) then used my Repositionable Dots on the back to make a mask. If you purchase the Dots make sure you have the EZ Grand Tape Dispenser. I burnished over the top.
After I removed the circle, I lightly brushed over the moon to get the clouds.
Add your card to one of our A2 White or A2 Cream Envelopes and mail it off to your dear friend.
Before I sign off today I wanted to show you two items I use and are in the links below (in the menu). These are not conventional items but can help with your organization and presentation.
The first is the way I am now storing my slimline stamps/dies/embossing folders. They are just refrigerator storage container units. There is a specific size I use. click here for the direct link.
Seriously these work for your slimline stamp/die storage!!!!
The next thing I wanted to show you is how I stand my cards up to display and to photograph. This one is not from the refrigerator, it’s used by florists. It’s called a frog, I’m not sure why, it doesn’t look a thing like a frog but that’s what they call it. Click here to check it out.
