Nature’s Jewels with a Note Edger

April 5, 2024. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you several of our new products in the shop. Spring is here and it’s time to refresh. With our new edger die, we now have 14 different edger dies with matching words. I love it all. Check out all our brand new products (more being added all the time).

Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
Hybrid Ink – I used Black
Colors I used:
Leaves/Stems: G21, YG63, YG67
Blue Flower: 23, 29
Purple Flower: V22, V28, BV08, Y08
Pink Flower: R00, R21, R32
Ombre Note: R00, R21, R32, RV32
Colorless Blender: 0
Using your STAMPWHEEL and Hybrid Black Ink stamp three of the flowers from the NEW Nature’s Jewels stamp set onto the front of the card base. There are four flowers in the set but we are only going to use three of the four. You pick. Color them with Copic Markers. I also added some Wink of Stella to the flowers for a little sparkle.
Cut out the word “note” (not the background) using Note Edger from white cardstock. Color it with your markers. I used four different pinks (R00, R21, R32, RV32). Start at the bottom with the darkest pink and work your way up to the lightest pink blending as you go. Sooooooo neat. It’s the ombre look.
Cut two more “notes” in white and glue all three layers together with our Precision Glue Press. This gives your word some extra height.
Add some Wink of Stella to the letters. Now let’s take some pink card stock and cut out the bottom layer from the Note Edger Die. Run it through the Noted Embossing Folder. Add this to the card base over the flowers using White Regular Foam Squares and White Micro Foam Squares.
I love the depth of the word “note” using the three layers.
To finish it off, add some Pastel Fairy Jewels. You could use a sentiment from the coordinating Note Builder stamp set.
Put your creation into one of our A2 White or A2 Cream Envelopes!

Did you notice that some of the edgers have a large base, some are cut on a diagonal and some are very small. You can do what fits the need of your card. Some have pictures on the bottom, some have larger stamped images on the top. Adjust the height of your edger. SOOOOOOO many options!
