Hi Stampers,
Today was Diva Day. This is a day I invite my top ten demonstrators to come over and have a day of pampering! They get a bag of Stampin' Up! goodies, we eat and they stamp all afternoon. Here is one of the projects they did. One of the items in their bag was the new "Lots of Love" Letterpress Plates. They learned how to use the plate and make it into a card.
This card was inspired by my friend Georgia.
I used the Fleurettes II (#115604) found on page 188 of the big catalog. They are handmade crocheted flowers. I dyed them the night before with our Cherry Cobbler Classic ink so they would be dried for the girls on Saturday. I also used one of our Antique Brads for the center of the flower. What do you think of the ribbon. It looks like it was gathered but it was done with sticky strip. The girls just loved learning how to do that. I love the new letterpress plates. You use those with your Big Shot and our Craft Ink Spots. FUN FUN….
Here are some pictures of the girls as they worked along today! I think they had fun. I love this day! We do have a blast.
I'm all set up and ready for everyone to get here.
The girls work hard to get to be included in Diva Day. I can't wait for next quarter.
Have a great evening.
