Clean and Simple Little Layered Asters

February 6, 2023. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a Clean & Simple card using our Little Layered Asters. It’s a simple elegant card. And just a reminder that our SWEET Deal is still in full swing. Make sure you take advantage of this ginormous sale.
Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
I used:
Flowers – YR00, YR12, YR14
Center of Flower – E13
Leaves – G20, G21, G82
This adorable clean and simple card is made with two of our new flower sets in the Teaspoon of Fun Shop. I used Little Layered Asters for the flower and the middle of the flower. For the leaves I used our Layered Impatiens. I cut them from white card stock and colored them with our Copic Sketch Markers. I’ve shown you how I cut multiples of flower and save them in our Alcohol Ink Palette. These flowers are the PERFECT size for cardmaking.

I layered it three times so it popped from the card base.
And today we are debuting our NEW *Scoring Board*. Look how beautiful it scores.
Our Scoring Board is 7″x 9″ scoring board is the perfect size for A2 (4.25″ x 5.5″) cards. Every card maker and paper crafter needs a scoring board!
With a sleek design and contemporary look, this board and the accompanying scoring tool will handle all of your scoring needs. Clear printed guidelines along with stars at 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ (for A2 cards) will ensure that you never score in the wrong place!
Features:
- Drawer Compartment: Easily store the scoring tool (and any other small items) in the convenient drawer. It closes with a snug fit so you won’t lose anything.
- Printed Guides: Numbers are printed directly onto the scoring board at 1/8″ increments. There are stars at 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ for creating standard A2-sized cards.
- Scoring Tool: The scoring tool is part bone folder, part stylus! This allows you to score a crisp and precise line, then fold and smooth it for a sharp result.
To put the card together, I used the White Crafty Foam Tape to adhere the top layer to the card base. Then I used the White Micro Foam Squares to attach the Little Layered Aster and Deluxe Adhesive to attach the leaves and the sentiment. It’s truly a CLEAN AND SIMPLE CARD!
