Sunken Image Technique Video

January 29, 2023. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a fun technique that will really pop your cards. Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…

For this sample, I used the Splendiferous stamp set and the Hexagon Nesting Die Set to capture the “sunken” image.
I used the Stacked Just Because Die for the sentiment. I cut three sets of words (2 from white card stock and 1 from black). I layered them using the Deluxe Adhesive.
I colored the tulips with Copic Sketch Markers . The colors I used were:
Flowers -R24, R39, B29
Stems and Leaves – YG17, G85, BG78
I added a little highlight with the White Gel Pen.
Next you will put the White Crafty Foam Tape on the back of the 3 3/4″ x 5″ layer and adhere to the card base. Add either the Deluxe Adhesive or the EZ Grand Tape Runner for the cut out piece and place it directly onto the card base.
