October 4, 2022. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a card that is near and dear to my heart. As you know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I created this card for a very dear friend. We all know someone that has had or is going through Breast Cancer. Send them some love. Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…..
(I used Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick and Festive Berries)
I used…
Skin – E000, E00, E13
Boots and Gloves – E00, E18, E37
Skirt – RV10, RV13, RV14
Shadows – C1, C3
For the background I used our beautiful Heavenly Circle Stencil. To apply the Distress Oxides I used our amazing Blending Brushes. Tape your layer and the stencil with our Sticky Note Tape Roll and blend all your colors together. It’s so pretty. Attach your stencil layer, your Black Diamond Sparkle Paper layer and your Cotton Candy Sparkle Paper layer with our EZ Grand Tape Dispenser.
Stamp your image with our Hybrid Black Ink Pad. She is colored with our Copic Markers. Then add some Crystal Glaze to the gloves to give that shiny dimension. It’s SOOOO stinken cute! Then color the dress and shirt with our BRAND NEW Metallic Gel Pens. We also carry Glitter Gel Pens. Top it off with some of our PINK Fairy Jewels from the Pastel Fairy Jewels.
The sentiments from all three sets – Fight Like A Girl, Hope Set and Cancer Sucks are amazing and really hit home. Someone who needs an uplifting card will definitely get it with the cards you make from these sets.
