December 11, 2021. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a pretty slimline NOEL card. It’s a super simple card using foam sheets. Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…
Slimline Textured Sweater Embossing Folder
Take a 3 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of Marshmallow Fluff card stock (white) and run it through your die cut machine with the Slimline Textured Sweater Embossing Folder. It’s a beautiful folder that adds a lot of texture to your card! I cut out 3 of the smallest Poinsettias from the Elegant Poinsettia die set (there are three sizes) using the Woodsy Plaid 6 x 6 Paper Pad. Then cut out one flower from our Steel Blue card stock and cut it into four separate pieces for the leaves. I curled them with our Crease Tool. To finish off this beautiful flower, I added the Blue Jean Baby Prills using our Crystal Glaze as the adhesive.
Using Foam Sheets to get a raised look on my letters is one of my new favorite things! I do it with other dies also but using them on my letters is soooooo much fun and so beautiful! Follow the link to make sure you get the correct width so they will run through your die cutting machine. I also used the Holiday Brush Stroke for the vine/leaves. Then added some Crystal Glaze to attach the Blue Jean Baby Prills for the berries.
This card is breathtaking in person. I just LOVE the way it came out. These letters are so much fun! Here’s another card I did with this Star Noel.
