December 2nd, 2020.  Here is our Teaspoon of Fun Deal of the Day #2.  For the month of December Vicki and I will be bringing you some joy in the form of FUN specials.  Today we are bringing you our – Holiday Fun Combo: Milk and Cookies Gnome along with Holiday Fun Sentiments.   This first card that I made is a shaker card and used Copics to color.

How fun it would be to send this to another human being! 

I personalized the tag.  Can you guess who it’s going to?  Sooooooo much fun!

Northern Lights Glitter Markers – for the glitzy straw

I used Prills for the milk to make it a shaker card!!!  eeeek!!!  

Fluffy Stuff for the pom pom

Prills for the milk to shake (I used Minnie Pearls)

Craft Spoon to scoop the Prills

Micron Archival Fine Tip to personalize the tag

Copics to color  (See Menu below to choose colors)

Hat, Shoes, bow – R24, R37, R59

Face – E000, E00

Cookie – E13, E15, E79

Tag and Beard – W1, W2

Shadow – B0000

So how did I do this?  It’s so easy!

First you want to stamp the image on a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of card stock; Stamp it again on a second piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ card stock and cut out the glass; then stamp on a scrap piece of card stock and cut out the two pieces shown above.  

Then you will lay your Acetate Sheet  for the window over the hole (glued it with our Deluxe Glue).  Then use your 3D Foam Strips to outline the hole.  Make sure all the pieces touch each other so NO Prills escape when you can’t control yourself shaking the card!  It’s so cute, you can’t help but shake, shake, shake!  :0)  Then outline your layer with the Foam Tape.

On your bottom layer you will add 3 scoops of Prills (I used Minnie Pearl) using your Craft Spoon.  Then take the foam tape lined piece and put it directly over the Prill layer!  Then you’ll add your colored cutouts!  How stinken cute is that?!

For this one I watercolored it.  I used our Altenew Watercolor Pans
