How To Create a Full Curtain Card with Deb Valder

Hidy Ho Stampers,

Today’s card is straight from the NEW Fun Stampers Journey Inspiration Catalog.  It is REALLY bringing paper to life.  So here we go…

Full Curtain Card

Full Curtain Card Instructions – start with a 5″ x 8″ piece of patterned paper (PP-0047 Mystic Romance Prints).  With the long side on top, score at 1/2″; 3/4″; 1 1/2″; 1 3/4″; 2 1/2″; 2 3/4″; 3 1/2″; 3 3/4″; turn and repeat those same measurements; then cut at an angle starting with the tip of the left side at 3 3/4″ and cut at an angle to the 3 1/2″ mark (see video for a picture of this) and on the other side it will be 2 3/4″ x 3 1/2″.

Double Curtain instructions – start with a 3″ x 8″ piece of patterned paper (Summer Romance).  with the long side on top, score at 1/2″; 3/4″; 1 1/2″; 1 3/4″; 2 1/2″; 2 3/4″; 3 1/2″; 3 3/4″; then cut at an angle starting with the tip of the left side at 1 1/2″ and cut at an angle to the 3 1/2″ mark (see video for a picture of this).

Single Curtain Card Dimensions:  3″ x 6″ paper and score with the long section on top at 3/4″; 1 3/4″; 2″; 2 3/4″; 3″; 3 3/4″; 4″

Then with the short piece on top, cut from the 1 1/2″ mark to the 3 3/4″ mark.
