“In the Shadow Technique” using Traveler with Deb Valder

18 Jul

Hidy Ho Stampers,

How is everyone on this glorious day!?  Today is opening day at the Saratoga Springs, New York, Race Course.  It's one of the 10 most beautiful places in the world and it's the oldest track in the country (click here for a great article on the history of the track)!  It's gorgeous.  I love to go to the track to watch all the beautiful people and to see the glorious horses.  It's always fun to go.  Since I didn't go to convention this year (gasp – first time ever since I became a demonstrator – 15 years), I get to go to opening day!  YIPPPEEEEE  Saratoga is filled with history, just beautiful.

we got to see them there last summer!

they cut it but we didn't get a piece of the cake :0(

3.  Kits and Classes available through the mail.  Email me for a complete list of classes!

Okay enough of that, here is today's technique/card…

Hidy ho Deb, loved your card and video. Really would like measurements if you wouldn’t mind. This sketch would be so perfect for many stamps. I also wanted you to know that I am still receiving 2 emails every time you post. Thanks again for your ideas, so enjoy reading your blog .

Since moving to FL 11 years ago, visiting the track is one of the things I miss! It’s so beautiful there. We loved to go for breakfast, too. Hope you had a great opening day!

Hi Carol, the measurements for the train pieces are determined by the framelits that you use.  I happened to use the square framelits here.  It is also dictated by the stamp set you use.  If you have any questions.  Let me know.  If you are still receiving two emails, check the bottom of the emails, one should say it’s powered by FeedBURNER and one is powered by FeedBLITZ, DELETE the BURNER not the BLITZ.  Then you will stop receiving the second one.  I stopped using Feedburner.  Please stop by often.   deb   http://www.stampladee.stampinup.net for all your shopping needs.
