So how did I make it? Here you go…

Ink: Memento Black
Accessories: Blendabilities #130998 Daffodil Delight and #130999 Old Olive, #129381 Ovals Collection Framelits, #125583 Daffodil Delight Seam Binding Ribbon
Measurements:
Base card is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
First Layer (Daffodil Delight) is 5" x 5 1/2" – on the 5" side score at 3/4"
Second or Top Layer (Whisper White) is 5" x 5 1/2" – on the 5" side score at 11/16" (just a little short of 3/4")
The piece on the back of the card is the left over piece from the Daffodil Delight above so that measures 3 1/2" x 5 1/2"
