VOTE!!!
Okay so at the end of the awards night we always have some amazing entertainment and this year was no exception!!! The Charley Jenkins Band came to the Salt Palace in their bus…literally IN their bus…the bus came INTO the Salt Palace to deliver the band. Here are two of the band members. Take a SPECIAL note of the girl on the left. She is playing the fiddle. SHE WAS AMAZING…and guess what…she will be on America's Got Talent THIS Tuesday (I'm pretty sure it's this Tuesday)!. I can't wait to see her!!! She's so adorable and can she play!!!!! You HAVE TO SEE HER! Make sure you VOTE for her. I'm not sure how to do it but I'm going to figure it out!!!! VOTE for the FIDDLER! :0)
At the end of the Convention on Saturday, we had another free give away! What fun…as the demonstrators were getting their gifts, they were doing the wave while holding up their gift….look at how adorable they were…
Look at them doing the wave!
It was filled with awesome FREE product! How neat is that.
and then it was over. Saturday is such a bitter sweet day…we've experienced the best event ever, then, boom….it's over :0( But we had fun and reconnected with old friends (old meaning long time friends not OLD)! :0) So much fun. Then it was back to the hotel to pack and get ready to leave to go home to my family on Sunday.
Getting Ready for Convention!
Hi stampers,
Well, I'm getting ready for convention. I'm working on swaps and picking out clothes and making things for friends…this is my favorite time of the year. This year my blog is up and running so my plan is to try and blog every night to let you know what happened that day. I want to take lots of pictures and I will try to get them up so you can feel the excitement every day. I can't wait for my Open House and my Demonstrator Get Together to show everyone what we learned. So make sure you attend at least one if not both of those events.
So here is one of the swaps I'm working on now…
This is a special Demonstrator Swap that I'm in. The swap is a Fabric Big Shot Swap. I can't wait to see what I come home with. I'm adding netting and antique brads and feathers…ooooolala!!!
And isn't this the cutest notepad. My best stampin' bud Sue Hyer made it for me. It's made with our Beautiful Butterfly Die #114507. I'm bringing it with me to convention. She cut lots and lots of butterflies and used our designer series paper for the top and bottom (It was reinforced with the cardboard from the Designer Series Paper); she added a ring and some white satin ribbon and wah lah!!! CUTE AS A BUTTERFLY!
Okay enough of this, need to get back to my swaps! Hope to see you at convention! Thank you for stopping by tonight. Remember to come back everyday for updates on Convention.

If you click on the picture, you will find all the kits you can get to upgrade your color combos (it's a PDF file and may take a few moments to upload, so be patient). Okay so what have I been working on? I've been invited to so many graduation parties. So I've been making graduation cards. I found a few online that I really liked and reproduced them. Here they are:
This is a card that my daughter adapted to her "thank you" cards. She graduated from LeMoyne College this year and will be going to Albany Law School in the Fall. So for her thank you's she made a slew of these! So cute. This card was originally done my one of my downline Linda Bennett. You will see me showcase her here a lot. She is so talented.
These are two cards that I made for two graduations that we had. The original design came from Jackie Topia, one of my favorite stamping artists! She is truly talented.
Have a great day and make sure you check back here on Monday for MOVE MONDAY. Yep, that's what I'm calling it – Movie Monday! YAHOO!
Oh yes…and you maaaaaaay want to check in tomorrow JUST IN CASE!
) Thank you for checking in on mye.

LAST CHANCE LIST
Hi ladies,
I'm back from Boston. It was so much fun. We met my son Josh and his girlfriend out there and did some serious sight seeing. My favorite thing was the Duck Tour. I've been on it before but my family hasn't! It was soooo much fun.
Before I show you those pictures, I wanted to show you a beautiful card that was one of the many displays at our New England Extravaganza. I just loved this card. I wish I knew who did it so I could give her credit. Anyway…it was simply gorgeous.
Don't you just love that flower? We will be making them in my June Punch Book Class.
And now for a few pics from latests adventure…
This is the thing we rode on. It rides you all around the city then we plunged in the water. It was an old OLD war vehicle. Our captain's name was Mr. Duck Tape. He was so funny.
We took the 7:40 tour (which I strongly recommend) we got to see the most beautiful scenery not only while we were in the ocean but going through the beautiful city of Boston (or Bauston as they say it). It was all lit up…simply breathtaking.
When we got back, we went across the street to this restaurant…
Legal Sea Foods – mmmmmmm
Now this big guy was jumping up and down saying "pick me, pick me"…
so we did! :0) mmmmmmmm!
That's it for tonight…When I wake up I will post all the new stuff from Stampin' Up! Starting with the $99 Super Kit and the LAST CHANCE LIST! Enjoy your evening.
