Stamp Camp

Hidy Ho Stampers,

We held our Stamp Camp earlier this month.  It was so much fun.  We stamped, laughed, we ate and everyone went home with prizes!!!!  Each of the demonstrators are asked to bring a handstamped doorprize.  It has to be totally Stampin' Up! products.  They always amaze me, our group has so much talent.  Here are some of the doorprizes.

I wish you could see these in person, they are just gorgeous.

The detail is totally awesome.

Using our decorative papers and Decor Elements.

I love the Decor Elements.  Make sure you check them out on my website at http://www.stampladee.stampinup.net most of them are on sale right now until June 30th.

This was just beautiful.

This was a handmade box filled with cards!

Here is an awesome welcome sign for your home.

This was so unique.  It was so clever.

Here's a closeup of the piece.  Look at her detail.

Here is a case of cards using our Decor Elements again.

And how stinken cute is this.  This box was also filled with cards.

Glad you stopped by.  I'll be back tomorrow with some pictures.

The Whistling Tea Kettle

Hidy Ho Stampers,

Before I start, if you get my blog streamed into your email, you probably didn't get to see the video I did on the Double Swing card.  If you didn't, just go directly to my blog or to YouTube or to Stampin' Connections and you can see how to make the card.  I think it's pretty easy to follow.

I have another Stamp Camp Door Prize.  I don't think I showed this one.  It was one of the most sought after that day.

Aren't they gorgeous.

Then neatly packaged into this portfolio.

After Stamp Camp, one of the perks (well I think it's a perk…I think my team thinks it's a perk) anyway, I take whoever worked and wants to go out…I take them to the Whistling Tea Kettle for lunch on me.  It's become tradition now…we all love The Whistling Tea Kettle in Ballston Spa.  It looks like the set of "Friends".  So stinken cute.  We all ordered "The Tower".  It comes with soup or salad, then the main course and it is topped off with a delicious dessert – mmmmmm.  Look at those three behind the tower.

We all had something different for dessert and they all looked good.

 mmmmmmmm!

This was mine!  It was OUT OF THIS WORLD!

Hope you enjoyed my post…go have a sweet something…your day gets so much better after you eat it!

Stamp Camp

Hidy Ho Stampers,

I recently held a Stamp Camp for my teammates and customers.  Each teammate that participates has to bring a handstamped gift for a doorprize.  I am always blown away by the things they come up with.  Here is a sample of what they brought.

This is the front view of this wall hanging it was handstamped by Anne.

Here is the reverse side.  The frames rotate.  She purchased the frame at Target.  Isn't it gorgeous.

and here is the frame that Deb did.  She is the one that taught us how to do the flowers.

I will show you more tomorrow.  It makes me want to be a customer coming to Stamp Camp so I can enter the raffle!

Thank you for stopping by.

Paper Roses

Hi stampers,

Do you remember that song by Marie Osmand?  Paper Roses, Paper Roses…okay okay so I just dated myself!  Well one of my friends and downline came over today to show me the most awesome paper roses she made.  They are gorgeous.  Well here, take a look…

Aren't they beautiful!  She is going to show us how to do them at my Demonstrator get together next Sunday.  They are done all with punches and you KNOW how much I love punches.  I'll show more with these after next Sunday.  She's going to make some cards with them.  I can't wait.  I was so excited for her, as she was telling me about them she was beaming from ear to ear!!!  I don't know if you can see it or not but it's sprayed with our Shimmer Paint and alcohol mixture.  LOVE IT!

And have I been busy….After my Punchbook Class today, I got busy on some of my upcoming projects…here I am in the middle of one of them.  Such a busy little girl I am!!!  :0)  I just love all this stuff and I can't wait to share it with you but if I do before the events, then my recipients will know what they are getting.  Gotta wait :0)!

Have a great day!

SUPER STAMPING WEEKEND

Hi stampers,

Sunday afternoon I had my demonstrator team meeting.  There was food, stamping samples, and LOTS of stamping fun.  We had quite a few new recruits that attended and a few guests.

Last month I challenged the team to take one of our new Design a House's found on page 37 of the Mini Catalog #120911 for $5.95 and decorate them.  The winner would receive a $25 gift certificate for Stampin' Up! product.  OH MY GOSH….NEVER EVER did I think that they could be this stinken cute….So we'll start with the winner!….here it is.

Winner of the Design-a-House Contest for the New York Inketts

This one was made by Laura Bauer and her family (Pat Saloff and Pat's granddaughter helped out – the trees were done by her granddaughter)!   JUST LOOK AT THE DETAILS.  Everytime we looked at it, we found something new.  The lights that were around the house and trees, the curtains and the pictures in the windows.  The roof is textured from our Big Shot plates as well as the house itself, it was textured with another one of our plates.  This picture does not do it justice.  IT IS GORGEOUS!  I wish you could all see it in person.

Here are the others that were entered.  They were all beautiful and oh so detailed.

This was entry #1

Entry #2

Entry #3

Entry #4

Entry #5

Entry #6

Entty #7 and the WINNER

Entry #8

If you are interested in purchasing the house kits, contact me at stampladee@aol.com or go to my webpage and click the SHOP NOW button.  They are easy and FAST!  You will fall in love with these houses.   It was so much fun.  At this price ($5.95) why not buy a few of them.  You could decorate one for each holiday.  They are sturdy and well made.

More pictures of my meeting tomorrow!

This was Stamp Camp which was held on Saturday…didn't I tell you it was a VERY Stamping Weekend?!

10/10/10 at 10:10 a.m.

Hi ladies,

We had sooooooo much fun at today's 10/10/10.  Like I said yesterday, it was a 10/10/10 class held on 10/10/10 at 10:10 a.m.  We started right on time!  Each lady had a basket in front of her and she had 10 minutes to finish the card that was inside.  When the buzzer went off, I had them pass the basket to the right and we continued until all the baskets were completed by each participant.  They just love these classes.  How could I NOT do it on 10/10/10.  Here are a few pictures.

I had each one of them hold up their favorite card.

What is always so interesting to me, is that everyone likes different cards.  One of their favorite cards was done with a set called Day of Gratitude from the Holiday Mini catalog found on page 7 (#120835 wood mount or #121148 clear mount).

This was not the card we did but it is another card done with that same set.  It's just a gorgeous stamp set.  Look at the detail on this card.

If you have any questions or need any supplies for your holiday prep, let me know.

REMEMBER TO REGISTER FOR OUR HOLIDAY STAMP CAMP.

Stamp Camp and more…

It's HERE!!!  Our annual Holiday Stamp Camp put on for you by the New York Inketts is finally here.  We love doing this.  It's so much fun. If you'd like to attend, make sure you click on and download the form below.  Fill it out, enclose your check and send it to me.  I HAVE to have it NO LATER than Sunday, October 17th.  I need time to order and prep!  If you are receiving this in your email box, you will need to go to my blog to download the form.  To save you time, click here, this will get you to my blog so you can download the flyer.  I love the projects we are doing.  HOLIDAY TIME.

It will be a Victorian old world vintage theme using a lot of the product from the mini catalog – Deck the Hall Designer Series Paper; Tinsel Trim; Seam Binding; Glass Glitter (yes I said glitter)!; Waffle Paper and more.  Come and play with all our new stuff and take home some awesome projects.  This is only a half-day stamp camp and it fills fast so hurry to get a spot.

Okay back to the Baltimore Regional.  I always take a lot of pictures.  I love taking people pictures and samples pictures.  Here are a few more people pictures…

Here is Sue and Stacy…they both won a doorprize.  FREE STAMPS!!!!  LOVE IT!

Here are two new friends – Essel and her sister.  They are Sue's downline and we had a blast with them.  We laughed so much, they are so much fun.

I just love the "background stamp" called Christmas Collage #121279 found in the Holiday Mini Catalog.  This was one of the display cards.  She used bleach for the stamp and added our glass glitter and she took our material and used it as ribbon.  I love this card.

Here is that same background stamp.  Look how different it looks with different colors and some modifications.  Did you notice she stamped the background on the Crumb Cake then stamped the number from the background stamp on Very Vanilla and punched it out, embellished it and now look at it…TOTALLY different.

At a Stampin' Up! Regional or any event, we always have demonstrators present WOW segments.  I've done it and it's fun.  This gal showed us how to do a different type of shabby chic flower for cards.  This was one of my favorite wow presentations.  I can't wait to try it.

And my last picture is something that I thought was so cute.  You know that Sesame Street song "one of these things is not like the other"….well here is this little Halloween treat in the middle of all these Santa Clause's.  So cute.  I will show you a better picture of the Santa's tomorrow.  But I just thought this was adorable.  The maker and creator of all of these Santa's is Amy Celona.
